The River View Room is the most spacious of our Brisbane function rooms and can host an event for 400 guests cocktail style and 270 guests seated.
Blessed with tall, airy ceilings, the River View Room creates an instant feeling of light and opulence. A red carpet provides a spectacular entrance for all your guests. Natural light streams through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, treating visitors to exquisite views across the Brisbane River to Mt Coot-tha and the CBD skyline. Our elegant, impactful modern décor emphasises clean lines, while our soothing, warm white palette and timber floorboards make the space feel fresh and modern.
Exuding luxury, the River View Room offers plenty of space for stages and entertainment and encourages guests to relax and mingle. The room includes its own private, all-weather balcony, giving your guests the chance to enjoy spectacular river and city views, day or night. Our built-in themed lighting allows you to create a dynamic event themed to your event colours.
If you would like to host additional guests, the room can be transformed into a larger space with the opening of the Viewing Room. This will allow you to host up to 400 guests seated or 800 guests in cocktail style.

The Viewing Room is our medium-sized Brisbane private function room, perfect for an event with up to 200 guests cocktail style and 70 seated guests in banquet style.
Boasting high, airy ceilings and beautiful timber floorboards, the Viewing Room offers a fresh, sophisticated atmosphere. With crisp white walls and sophisticated décor, the chic interior will have you swooning. The Viewing Room includes its own private, all-weather balcony with stylish outdoor furniture, giving your guests the chance to enjoy beautiful river and city views at any time of day.

The Moda Boardroom provides an intimate setting ideal for smaller business events, presentations and small conferences.
This stylish Brisbane small function room can seat up to 20 guests around the boardroom table. The room features its own 50 inch wall mounted LCD screen, whiteboard and flipchart. You can choose to rent this space for a full day or half-day. Catered and non-catered options are available.
Absolutely. Exclusive Brisbane function room hire is available for large groups, with space for up to 320 seated guests or 700 at a cocktail style event.
