    For cocktail style events, we offer stylish canapés and cocktail dishes. For banquet style events, we provide your choice of a two course or three course meal.

    Looking for something a little different? Try our fun, gourmet food stations. These include everything from delicious sangria or mimosa bars to gourmet cheese stations and heavenly marshmallow and petit sweet food stations. Last but not least, there are our paella, risotto, seafood and oyster stations, which all feature a live chef who cooks a gourmet masterpiece in front of your guests using the finest, fresh ingredients.

  • Are you able to cater for special dietary requirements?

    Yes, we cater for your guests with special dietary requirements. Our talented on-site chefs can design a menu suitable for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets, as well as any allergies. Simply let us know and we’ll happily accommodate any requests.

  • Do you serve alcohol?

    Yes, we have a variety of alcoholic beverage packages, including popular and boutique wine, cocktails and beer. Our front of house staff have responsible service of alcohol (RSA) licences.

  • Are we able to bring our own decorations, band or DJ?

    Yes, you can organise your own decorations, band or DJ. Alternatively, we can provide a list of our preferred suppliers.

  • Do you have audio visual equipment available?

    Yes, we have high quality audio visual equipment available, including a ceiling mounted data projector, dance floor area, two handheld microphones, and themed lighting.

  • Does your space include cocktail furniture?

    For cocktail events, we have a variety of stylish, modern cocktail furniture, including tan leather lounge sets and metallic cocktail tables. We provide white or black linen to complement the aesthetic of your event.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, we have 350 undercover car parks for our patrons. All Moda Events guests receive four hours of complimentary parking, with discounted rates thereafter. Street parking is also available nearby.

  • Do you have wheelchair access?

    We have wheelchair access from our undercover car park to any level of the Portside complex via the elevator. A disabled bathroom is located near the venue entrance.
